This poor dog was found abandoned in San Diego. He was rescued by Courtney Dasher who originally wanted only to foster him until he regains his strength but later succumbed to the cuteness of the little puppy. The first name he was given was Mr.Burns (due to similarities with famous character from The Simpsons), later on she decided to rename him to Tooney (because of his cartoonish appearance) but eventually settled on Tuna.

When Courtney decided to upload his photo to the Instagram, she didn't care that he had that nasty overbite, she just wanted to share the love she had for Tuna with the rest of the world. And the world responded with enthusiasm. In only a few months, Tuna gained 400.000 followers on that social network, becoming another internet sensation.
