Dogs Against Doors – Witness These Wicked Battles – 12 Pictures

There are many things that dogs don’t like and fear, but probably the biggest enemy they have faced so far are glass doors and windows. Even I have had a few glass door incidents, so after that I have decided not to clean my glass doors anymore. However, when it comes to dogs, not only glass doors can be a problem, but pet doors and regular doors as well and there are many ways in which they try and deal with their most common adversary. Some of them are being extra careful, others are refusing to go through doors at all, but there are also those that never learn. In this article, we will take a peek at some of the funniest and most epic battles between dogs with doors.

 I just like standing here

This dog is so scared of all doors that he can’t even go through the open ones. He just stands there, waiting for some magical force to get him on the other side. He could really benefit from a teleport, but unfortunately, it still hasn’t been invented.

I told you I can get out!

Well, when you see a dog that is this happy, you can be sure that he accomplished some amazing thing. For instance, this guy was challenged to get out through this small pet door and he is not the one to back down from a challenge. As you can see from this picture, he managed to do what was asked, albeit in a slightly different manner than expected.

Lick by lick and I’ll go through

This pooch has devised a smart strategy – he decided to lick his way to the other side of this door. It might take a long time to do it, but this fellow seems pretty determined and he also seems to enjoy this task. I bet he manages to do it.

One more bite and I’m in

We have seen the licking strategy, now we look at the biting strategy. When it comes to epic dog vs doors battles, this mongrel knows how to win and he is not afraid to show it. However, I don’t really thing that his owners will be too proud of his amazing idea.

We can figure this out!

In many cases, joining forces to defeat the common enemy can produce fantastic results. Well, not in this case. These two hilarious dogs are nowhere close to figuring out how to get out and the small dog even got trampled in the process. Just look at that face!

I wish I was small again

Growing older and bigger has many benefits, but it also has some disadvantages, as this poor dog just realized. He was once able to go through this pet door, but now he is too big for them. Still, he likes to put his head through it sometimes and remember those simple, innocent days when he was just a small pup that only worried about games and toys.

Why can’t I go through?

Another common enemy of dogs around the world, in addition to doors and windows, are the laws of physics. That means that this guy never stood a chance since two of his fierce enemies joined forces. The defeat was inevitable, but hilarious.

Should you come in or should I come out?

This guy has a friend that is ready to help him, but unfortunately the cat isn’t a lot better when it comes to opening doors. All that is left for this duo to do is to play on the glass and make the most of it. They will have a real physical contact later, this is fine for the time being.

It’s a great view

This photo is my absolute favorite. I mean, I adore pugs and this pic pretty much shows why. While other dogs are trying and failing to win the battle with doors, this pooch is quietly sitting on his throne and enjoying his view. One day he will get out, but that will happen once he decides. Nobody tells a pug what to do.

I’m gonna get you, for sure

I know I would do anything to get a treat and this dog is not much different. Even though he is unable to see what is on the other side of the door he can surely smell it and he won’t let any kind of door in the world get into his way. Well, almost. This door is obviously too much to handle.

How did you pass, what is this magic?

Well, I don’t want to say that the bigger dog here is dumb, but the smaller dog is definitely smarter. To make matters worse, the bigger dog actually saw the smaller one pass through the door and he is still afraid. He must suffer from some serious trauma and door phobia.

Come on in mate

Sometimes, all that you need is a helping hand from a friend. This genius dog is a living proof that some dogs are simply smarter than others and he is also always ready to help. I mean, he mastered the ancient door-opening technique and he managed to beat the greatest foe dogs ever fought against. If dogs had a leader, this guy would be the smartest choice.
