Annual Goat Race is held on the same day as the University Boat Race Oxford versus Cambridge, but many consider the first one much more interesting. On March 15th, the angry opponents “crossed their spears” and an Oxford goat won in Annual Goat Race of 2016.

Even though the Race lasts for about 60 seconds, many people are thrilled by the festival's atmosphere. Last year more than 1100 tickets were sold, and each year there more and more visitors. The money collected by the ticket sale is going to provide animal care and cover expenses for vet services for those goats in the following year.
