C’mon, keep up!
Even though holding hands is usually an expression of love, in other cases, it can just be the simplest way to tell someone to hurry up. I believe that is the case here and that the turtle ahead just wants to make sure that they get to their dinner reservation on time. Perhaps that’s just my idea because of the faces these turtles make. I could be mistaken, of course.
