Yes, it is alive… and yes, it even lives on our planet! It is called Enypniastes eximia or a pelagic sea cucumber. It evolved from benthic animals that feed upon the sediment, it is capable of swimming and the cool thing is it is partly transparent. It just looks incredible on these pictures if you compare them to the last two, doesn’t look like it’s the same thing right?
