Not many lizards in the world can so skillfully disguise as leaf-tail gecko (Uroplatus fimbriatus) that lives in Madagascar. During the day he's resting his head facing down and attached to a tree in the rain forest wood. He changes the color and texture of his skin in accordance with the moss on the tree, in fact, he's the master of disguise right next to the chameleon. Even his eyes have a yellowish and brownish stripes, so it is a perfect blend with the background. Masked this way the leaf-tail gecko can still be sunbathing in the sight predators – snakes and birds – and remain undetected.
