Amazing Transformation – Poor Puppy Was Mistaken for a Pile of Garbage – 9 pics

When the people from Quebec's Society for the Protection of Animals first saw this little guy, they were unsure what he actually was. Hairs on his body were so felted that he looked more like a moving heap of dirt than any known animal. They took him in, shaved him, cleaned him and then put him into process of adoption. Considering that homeless animals outnumber homeless people 5:1, you can only imagine how lucky this little guy was.
