Although we all have our fears when it comes to certain animals, there are some that might look pretty scary, but it probably fears us even more than we fear them. Imagine how scary we must look to some of the animals from these list? They stay clear of us, and we should probably do the same…

3. Gharial

With razor sharp and mean looking teeth, it's understandable why most of us would wet our pants if we'd to see gharial coming out of the water near us. Truth is, their scary looking jaw would probably break under our weight, since it's “designed” to hunt frogs and smaller fish.

5. Giant arachnids

Also known as camel spiders or wind scorpions, these arachnids have actually formed their own order, called Solifugae. Pretty scary fact about them is that they can grow up to few inches and run at speeds exceeding 10 mph. Although they'll completely ignore you and probably run past you, it's probably pretty unnerving to see giant bug racing towards you.

7. Basking sharks

Imagine going on a diving run, everything is pretty, silent and blue, and then you see your fellow diver panicking and pointing behind you. You turn around and see this coming towards you. I don't know about you, but I'd probably get a heart attack right away. In reality, basking sharks are more interested in zooplankton than you. It's pretty tame and tolerant to both boats and divers.
