Zeus Is an Owl with the Universe in His Eyes – 7 Pictures

This owl with gorgeous eyes was found semi-dazed one morning on a porch in Southern California. Residents noticed that it was hurt and took it to nearby vet and after that to Wildlife Learning Center in Sylmar, California. Center's staff realized that the owl with stars in its eyes was actually blind and knew that it won't stand a chance if they release it into the wild.

They decided to do what any animal lover would – adopt the little fellow. He was named Zeus after the Greek god of sky and thunder. Seeing him, I don't think they could have picked better name.

Zeus now has an honorary spot at the founder's office.

This friendly guy also became quite an attraction and he seems to be enjoying all the attention he's getting from the visitors.
