Wow, Chinese  have a really strong safety measures when it comes to Communist party and the Congress. What is common and natural to expect in such occasions is to have tons of policemen everywhere across the city and that several major streets are closed for public and that's it. But, this time, their measures are so extreme that they claimed that no pigeon is allowed to fly on that day. Interestingly, it seems they found a way to keep pigeons from flying. I can't wait to see how they did it. And this is just one of the extreme, ridiculous measures.
