Mishap That Created Beautiful Friendship
While reading stories from all over the world, I'm starting to think that world isn't filled with such bunch of bad people after all. That idea was sparked by yet another Reddit user who shared another beautiful story with the rest of the world.
Meet Peeps, little ducking who had great luck to end up with this great guy who tried to hatch chicken eggs but got duckling instead.

Now, meet this great guy Brian. After his hatching attempt took interesting turn, he decided to keep the little fellow. Knowing that the duckling needs a nest (or similar hideout) to survive he looked around (and possibly in the mirror) and choice was obvious.

It worked out perfectly. The only problem was “waste disposal”. Ducklings produce amazing amounts of feces, fact that he realized a bit too late.

After 25 days Peeps already grew considerably…

After about 40 days, he grew too much to be able to fit under the beard so he had to find new place to hang out.

This is another example of how unusual pets can produce far more interesting and heartwarming stories than common ones.
