Meet and Greet with a Colony of Penguins – 19 Pictures

There is a beach near Cape Town called Boulders Beach, where you can observe a lot of penguins from very close range. The surprise of seeing penguins in Africa is not enough, but to be surprised even more, these penguins are very friendly and used to tourists so you can easily get close to some of them and take pictures with them. They'll probably smile. Although this beach is not for swimming, you can use the closest one – Foxy beach, and in order to see the penguins better, the locals built boardwalks so the visitors are just a few meters away from the birds.
