It might not be a pot of honey, but Augo the polar bear looks just like Winnie the Pooh as he gets his head stuck in a blue bucket. The four-month-old cub stunned zoo keepers when he started to play with the blue bucket for hours on end. But he has become attached to it in more than one way – he keeps getting his head stuck inside then falling over. The startled young bear then returns to the safety of his protective mum. But before long, he is playing with his favorite bucket again, and it’s not long before he gets stuck again.

These heart-warming pictures show a giant panda nurturing her newborn cub at a reserve in southwest China’s Sichuan Province. The eight-year-old panda tenderly licks the cub clean and carries it to safety in her mouth. Pandas rarely give birth to twins and mothers often only take the first cub as their own. The other one was sent to a panda nursery.

As you all know humans are not alone on this planet with a capability to love someone and be loved by someone else. Animals have similar feelings and more than sure to say, even deeper than humans in some cases. Their love sometimes overcomes the huge difference of being totally unrelated species in between them and there are a lot of examples to show that.

This is a collection of cats found on the streets, in kennels, vivarums or shelters where they were left alone, at the worst case for euthanization. It is amazing how a bit of love and patience can make incredible miracles, turning sad, street cats into beautiful, happy and true companions.

Have you ever been so tired that you’d give away everything you own just to have a comfy bed appear next to you so you could jump in and fall asleep? When every minute was like a day and every hour was a year you just couldn’t wait to get into bed. You probably did, and well, these animals give the same impression too.

Most animal lovers would be happy to have a dog or a cat as their lovely companion, but someone has taken a step further and adopted a bear. Anderson first befriended the bear in 2002 when young Brutus’ wildlife park became overpopulated. Before the cub had to face a lose-lose fate of captivity or death, Anderson adopted him and opened a sanctuary so Brutus could “act like a real bear.”
Of course, “real bears” don’t usually eat at kitchen tables and swim in lap pools. But according to Anderson, they do experience human-level emotions, sometimes even shedding tears. Anderson’s relationship with his furry surrogate son spawned his mission to dispel false “man eater” stereotypes about Grizzlies…

One foreigner woman saw a homeless kitten wandering aimlessly in the pouring rain one evening in Shanghai. She felt very sorry for him and decided to take the kitten with her. She cared for him and helped him recover very fast. A few weeks later he turned into this little adorable creature. This little kitty is now full of cuteness and positive emotions.

People that look very much alike as someone else are something quite common in the human world. We can meet this phenomenon among animals too, despite the fact that they belong to totally differnet species, they have their “twins” too. With some distance from your screen and some shorter ears, differences would be so small, even undetectable!

It was a terrific day, it was sunny and hot, and everything was calm. Until at one moment, someone had to raise its paw, and a fearsome battle had begun. Two cats, remarkably skilled at combat techniques, had to take it outside. As days of kicks and swipes are going by, the winner is yet to be known.
At the end of this fight, one shall stand… one shall fall!

This little piggy was abandoned by its mother but his owner refused to give up on him. As the sole survivor of the litter, things looked bleak for Alphie. Realizing that intervention would be the only chance he had of survival, owner Claire De Beer decided to bottle feed Alphie herself. But as her own demanding schedule started to take its toll, Claire began to wonder if her cat Jinx might shoulder some of the responsibility. And within hours of bringing them together Jinx had bonded with her new ‘kitten’ and Alphie found himself snuggling up with his brand new family.
